Steel Advertising is a performance-driven digital marketing agency working with ambitious brands across multiple industries. We focus on data, scalability, and measurable growth — and we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our remote team.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, or other performance channels
- Analyze campaign performance and turn data into actionable insights
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve ROAS
- Manage budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align messaging and performance goals
- Prepare clear performance reports and recommendations for improvement
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Performance / Paid Media / Growth Marketing
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, analytics, and attribution
- Hands-on experience managing ad spend and optimizing for ROI
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English
